Add --max-speed flag to TestBattleRunner (sets defaultTurnsPerSecond=-1 for unlimited TPS).
Add SNNBot_garage/tests/test_bullet_economy.nim: 10-round vs WallsBot, prints per-round and summary stats for tuning.
