What to build

part-of: #99

Create a guess-factor histogram gun. Unsegmented fixed-bin histogram of observed guess factors. Feeds on enemy state to record where the enemy actually was relative to the GF arc. Aims at the peak bin. Fires from tick 1 (empty histogram → center bin). Stateless across matches (resets on new match). Reads the replay tape (read-only). No training thread.

Acceptance criteria

  • feed(state) records an observed guess factor into the histogram
  • aim() returns the angle corresponding to the peak histogram bin
  • With empty histogram, aim defaults to center bin (GF=0)
  • Histogram resets on new match
  • Self-check: feed a sequence of states biased toward GF=+0.5, assert aim converges to that bin
