Question

Move SittingDuck from OscillatorBot_garage/tests/bots/SittingDuck/ to a shared location (e.g. common_libs/test_framework/adversaries/SittingDuck/) so every garage can reference it without duplicating it. Update OscillatorBot's test to point to the new location.
