Destination

All implementation-blocking design decisions resolved for Evo_Bot's gun module — normalization, power formula, virtual guns, energy management — so the build can start with zero open questions.

  • Offline generalist GA for global fallback weights — train generic weights against full sparring roster. Deferred until bot beats all sample bots.

  • NEAT_Gun design (deferred until TOPO_Gun hits ceiling)
