Question

Modify the fixed-topology ANN from 91→16→8→1 to 91→16→8→2. Second output neuron: tanh activation rescaled to [0.1, 3.0] for bullet power. First output remains GF in [-1, +1]. Update weight count to ~1634. Update GA initialization and crossover/mutation to handle the new weight count.
