Parent

Spec #92 (round-end checkpointing).

What to build

Champions delivered from the evolving thread arrive paired with the GA fitness that crowned them; bot-side drained state exposes weights and fitness together. Expand-only prefactor — no behavior change anywhere else.

Acceptance criteria

  • Champion delivery path pairs every champion with its GA fitness
  • Bot-visible drained state returns weights and fitness together
  • Gun self-check covers the pairing round-trip and passes
  • Existing harnesses remain green (no behavior change)

Blocked by

None — can start immediately.

Superseded — dropping per-enemy weights, pivoting to global-only weights + improved GA/network.
